To maintain this commitment and to implement our ABMS, we have a whistleblowing system (WBS) reporting facility. WBS provides an opportunity for you to report suspected fraud or legal violations, code of ethics violations, unlawful behavior, unethical / improper actions, or conflict of interest violations conducted by Meindo internal parties.

We will further process complaints that meet the terms and criteria, if the complaint provides personal identity information in the form of a name (anonymous is permitted) and a telephone number/e-mail where he/she can be contacted. We shall guarantee the confidentiality of the reporter's personal data.

The reporter must be able to explain an incident as; what happened (what), the parties involved (who), the date and time of the incident (when), the location of the incident (where), and how it happened (how).
