Meindo provides Engineering, Procurement, Construction and installation services for both onshore and offshore facilities. We are proud to be the only local contractor in Indonesia that executes all our major services and projects in-house.

Human Resources

We believe that our people are the company’s strongest assets. With a workforce of more than 2000 employees and more than ninety-five percent being local hire, we advocate the continuous development and welfare of all our personnel. In line with our vision of becoming a leader of Indonesian EPCI contractors in the Southeast Asia regions, we support, hire and train direct skilled and unskilled employees across all of our departments. Our team of dedicated and competent employees supported by our experienced management board ensure high quality project deliveries whilst maintaining safety standards and cost effectiveness.

In House Engineering

Since 2012, Meindo has developed our own in-house Engineering department consisting of professional and experienced engineers. We highly emphasized our engineers to perform value-added engineering to deliver the most optimized design solutions to save time and money in fabrication and construction. Our engineers are equipped and supported with the most up-to-date and advanced software to design, troubleshoot and deliver the most optimized engineering solutions. The Engineering scope of services includes but not limited to: Process & Process Safety, Instrument, Electrical, Piping, Mechanical, 2D & 3D Models, Civil, Onshore and Offshore Stucture, Fabrication Drawings, and Construction & Installation Drawings.

Investment in Fixed Assets

Throughout the years, our continuous investments in numerous fixed assets have provided us with a distinct competitive advantage in the Petrochemical, Energy, and Oil and Gas Industry. In order to meet the rapid long term growth and vision of the company, our management has made several significant investments and upgrading of fabrication yards, workshops and warehouses in strategic locations across the Indonesian archipelago. Further, Meindo regularly reviews and acquires major heavy equipment, machinery, vessels and vehicles to support the current and future needs of the company.    

Quality

In Meindo, quality management is an integral component that underpins project execution and delivery excellence. The implementation of comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS), compliant with international standards such as ISO 9001, ensures rigorous control over engineering design verification, procurement specifications, fabrication processes, and installation activities. Quality Control activities include detailed inspection and testing activities, non-destructive testing (NDT), material certification, and supplier audits to verify conformity with technical requirements and customer specifications.

HSES

Meindo prioritizes the values of Health, Safety, Environment & Security (HSES) in the planning and execution of all our EPCI projects. We believe that HSES are the strongest foundation of any project and/or operations. To instill a safe working environment, Meindo implements numerous sound safety procedures for the wellbeing of our employees, vendors, subcontractors and communities for all projects. Our focus in HSES remains pivotal in ensuring the highest level of safety standards, as Meindo has achieved sixty-four million manhours without loss time injury since 2008.
