EPSC-7: Site preparation of SPU.EPSC-3: South Development of Tunu Phase 11 comprises of offsite works, early tie-in, and telecom cable.EPSC-13: North Development of Tunu Phase 11 comprises of offsite facilities with tie-ins for the North Production Unit, including site preparation works and driving of piles.EPSC-9: South Development of the Plant comprises main SPU camp and offsite facilities such as passenger jetty, refuelling station (including fuel network distribution), anti-pollution shelter, interface walkway (including fuel network distribution), utilities, and procurement of the fire-fighting system in SPU camp.
