Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PT PHE WMO) Project Name Provision of PHE-12 Topside Removal Project Description PHE-12 was an unmanned braced monopod wellhead platform with main deck, mezzanine (wellhead deck), cellar deck, sub cellar deck, and boat landing with currently three (3) development wells producing oil and gas prior to the tilting accident (1.65 degree).The platform was located offshore in Madura Strait at a water depth of 58 m from MSL. The PHE-12 platform was connected to the 8-inch production subsea pipeline from PHE-12 to CPP-2 process platform and a 6-inch gas lift injection subsea pipeline from CPP-2 to PHE-12.With respect to the above 1.65° leaning, the project scope of work includes providing engineering, procurement, fabrication of skid frame, removal of the topside deck, transportation, load-in, and storage to Contractor’s fabrication yard located at Handil (East Kalimantan). Project Location PHE-12 WMO FIELD [006° 35.174 S 12° 49.128 E]▪ Site visit to PHE-12 platform with Company to verify data and platform condition.▪ Perform engineering related to skid frame requested to support topside during transportation and load-in.▪ Develop engineering for load-in and storage.▪ Carry on engineering for removal and transportation.▪ Procure materials required to execute the work.▪ Fabricate skid frame on yard, skid beams on transportation barge, and relevant sea fastening system.▪ Perform offshore preparation work: dismantling, installing scaffolding, securing loose items including Vent Boom, Pedestal Crane Boom, removing stairways, sump caisson internal parts, etc.▪ Hot-cut 56-inch caisson pile and 26-inch sump caisson.▪ Lift and place deck on skid frame (estimated weight 500 MT through four (4) lift points located on main deck) by DLB-01.▪ Secure three (3) Xmas Trees/Wellheads by installing Wellhead Protection Casings.▪ Install Navigation Aid (free-issued by COMPANY) on top of jacket for safety and security reasons.▪ Transport topside and load-in/storage to Contractor’s fabrication yard at Handil (East Kalimantan).
