LOCATION : Offshore East Kalimantan, Makassar Strait – Deepwater Gas Field

Related Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
Bangka Field is a deepwater gas field located in offshore East Kalimantan at a depth of 3200 ft. It is part of the Bangka Gas Project under the West Seno development area, approximately 17 km north of West Seno Field. The field ties into the existing West Seno Floating Production Unit (FPU) through a new 9.5-inch flexible flowline and a 6-inch umbilical for subsea control. Modifications were performed on the West Seno FPU to integrate and process gas and condensate from the Bangka wells, with the produced fluids exported via West Seno pipelines to Chevron’s Santan Terminal.
SCOPE :
Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Hook-Up, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Assistance
SCOPE OF WORK :
- Installation of Bangka Topside facilities on the West Seno FPU, including new process and utility modules. - Integration of subsea production from Bangka wells into existing West Seno systems. - Installation of major equipment: Pig Receiver, Slug Catcher, Inlet Heater, Production Separator, Coalescer Separator, and Condensate Cooler. - Construction of new chemical injection facilities for demulsifier, wax, scale, and corrosion inhibitors. - Implementation of new control and safety systems including Process Control System (PCS), Safety Instrumented System (SIS), and Fire & Gas Panel. - Integration of electrical, hydraulic, and remote operation systems with existing West Seno FPU infrastructure. - Connection of Bangka topside utilities (heating, cooling, nitrogen, fuel gas) to existing West Seno systems. - Commissioning and startup assistance to ensure smooth production transition.
