  1. WE ARE HIRING! PT. Meindo Elang Indah is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

    1. PROJECT MANAGER Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering from a reputable university.

    • Min. 15 years of experience in EPCI Projects, particularly in Petrochemical, Energy, Oil and Gas projects. Having work experience in engineering is a plus.

    • Min. 10 years of experience as Project Manager with minimum project contract value of USD 15 million.

    • Have good engineering and construction knowledge, strong leadership, advanced knowledge and awareness of Project Management, HSES and Quality principles, plan and budget control.

    • Have excellent presentation and written skills to enable clear and concise delivery of information to staff, customers, contractors, and supervisors.

    • Be proficient in English, Microsoft Office (especially in Excel & Power Point), and computers in general.

    • Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and judgment skills, with the ability to retrieve and organize information effectively.

    • Excellent health as this position requires regular site visits to project sites & outside Java.

    • Willing to relocate anywhere.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    2. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or any related field.

    • 10+ years of experience in fabrication, construction and yard management within the Oil & Gas industry.

    • Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) are an advantage.

    • Strong background in managing fabrication of offshore structures, piping and process modules.

    • Experience in supervising large teams in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

    • Understanding of yard operation, excellent organizational and planning ability.

    • Strong Leadership and team management skills.

    • Strong knowledge of structural steel and fabrication, heavy lifting and yard fabrication equipment.

    • Excellent problem-solving and solve problems efficiently.

    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

    • Willing to be assigned to project sites as required by the company.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    3. QC MANAGER Requirements:

    • Bachelor in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

    • Min 10 years experience in EPC company in Oil & Gas industry and 5 years experience as QC Manager in the EPCI contract.

    • Good communication skills and strong in data analysis, problem solving.

    • Strong knowledge in quality management system.

    • Experience as Lead auditor in ISO 9001 (IRCA).

    • Shall possess PCN level II in RT, UT, MPI and PT.

    • Having working knowledge of applicable code such as DNV, API, ASME, NACE and AWS.

    • Must have CSWIP 3.2 qualification certificate.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    • Placement: Jakarta Head Office, Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas Project.

    4. PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER (PPM) Requirements:

    • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related disciplines.

    • Min. 10 years of experience with 5 years’ experience as Project Procurement Manager.

    • Must have experience in Oil and Gas upstream Industry.

    • Understanding Incoterm, PMS, Cashflow, Vendor List, and Material LL.

    • Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market.

    • Talent in negotiations and networking.

    • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.

    • Experience in collecting and analyzing data.

    • Strong leadership capabilities.

    • Fluent in English.

    • Able to work under pressure.

    • Willing to relocate anywhere.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    5. GOV. PERMIT COORDINATOR Requirements:

    • Min. Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.

    • Min. 5 years of experience in permitting/licensing, including at least 3 years in onshore and offshore Oil & Gas facilities.

    • Experience in handling permits for Restricted and Prohibited Areas (DTT), updating the Indonesian Sea Map (PLI), Navigation Aids (SBNP), and the Indonesian Beacon List (DSI).

    • Experience in handling building permits (IMB) for onshore oil and gas facilities, road crossing permits, land ownership certificates, pipeline routes, and land use permits (IPPT).

    • Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Willing to relocate anywhere.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    6. OPERABILITY ASSURANCE (OA) COORDINATOR Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or Science with 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations, or Diploma’s degree (D3) in Engineering or Science with 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations.

       

    • Have experience as Operation and Maintenance Superintendent min. 4 years or 6 years as Supervisor in onshore Oil & Gas facilities.

       

    • Familiar with relevant Government and Oil & Gas regulation and legislation.

    • Deeply understand about Operability Assurance function, guidance and tools.

    • Familiar with Onshore Production & Operation environment and activities.

    • Familiar with Project Management guidance.

    • Having the ability to understand/comprehend engineering products such as Basis of Design, facility layouts, P&ID’s, Cause and Effect Diagrams, etc.

    • Understand the Operability Assurance and Operation Excellence programs.

    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

    • Willing to be assigned to project sites as required by the company.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    7. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field.

    • Min. 5 years of experience in EPC company in the Oil & Gas industry.

    • Proven experience in business development & technical sales in the Oil & Gas industry.

    • Able to create designs for brochures, videos, and other digital marketing media using CANVA.

    • Strong in verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills.

    • Having knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.

    • Attractive, proactive & adaptable, creative, goal oriented.

    • Willing to travel anywhere.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    • Placement: Jakarta Head Office.

    8. SR. PROJECT ENGINEER Requirements:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Process, Chemical or Petroleum).

    • Min. 7 years experience in Project Engineering within an EPCI framework in Oil & Gas project.

    • Has extensive onshore & offshore engineering and construction experience.

    • Will demonstrate good communication & influence skills.

    • Have an excellent grasp of the English language (spoken & written).

    • Willing to relocate anywhere.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    9. PIPING ENGINEER Requirements:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same fields, especially in Tie-In and Shutdown Project.

    • Knowledge of relevant codes and standards, having ASME Certification and/or API Certifications is an advantage.

    • A strong understanding of piping systems, including components like pipes, fittings, valves, and flanges.

    • Having knowledge of how to analyze and mitigate stresses in piping systems due to various loads (gravity, pressure, thermal expansion, etc.).

    • Understanding how to route pipes based on process, safety, accessibility, constructability, and maintenance requirements.

    • Being able to read and interpret process documents like P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).

    • Willing to relocate anywhere.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    10. CONTRACTS CLAIM ENGINEER Requirements:

    • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Law (particularly if the focus is on contracts/legal aspects).

    • Professional training or certification in Contract Management or Construction Law is highly desirable.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as CLAIMS SPECIALIST in engineering or construction contract management. Experience in EPCI for Oil & Gas project will be viewed favorably.

    • Demonstrated experience in managing EPC contracts, claim preparation and evaluation, and contract negotiations.

    • Strong knowledge of various types of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, lump-sum, unit price).

    • Proficient in contract drafting, review, and administration throughout project life cycles.

    • Strong skills in documentation, technical reporting, and formal correspondence.

    • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.

    • Willing to relocate anywhere.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    11. QA ENGINEER Requirements:

    • Min. Bachelor degree of Engineering.

    • At least have 5 years experiences in related industry (Oil and Gas/construction industry will be advantaged).

    • Certified as Lead Auditor 9001 / Internal Auditor ISO 9001.

    • Proficient in English.

    • Experienced as a trainer.

    • Understand of KPI implementation.

    • Willing to be placed on the central Jakarta and travel to site and vendor for audit (assigned anywhere).

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    12. IT ENGINEER Requirements:

    • Min. Diploma’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication).

    • Min. 3 years’ experience in the IT Support field.

    • Expert in installing and troubleshooting IT devices.

    • Willing to travel to various internal locations and within Indonesia and ready to join the vessels in offshore if needed.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    13. FULL STACK DEVELOPER Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology.

    • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role for 8-10 years, and as a Full Stack Developer or similar role for 2-3 years experiences preferable.

    • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

    • Strong knowledge and experience in multiple backend languages.

    • Familiarity with multiple databases and web servers.

    • Goal oriented, Managerial Skill, Discipline, Analytical Thinking, Attention to Details.

    • Skill and knowledge on (not limited to) Laravel, Bootstrap, Sass, RDBMS, Docker, Node Package Manager, Visual Studio Code.

    • Willing to be assigned to project sites as required by the company.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    14. LIFTING SPECIALIST Requirements:

    • Min. Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.

    • Min. 5 years’ experience in the same position in Oil and Gas / Construction industry.

    • Having LEEA, API or MIGAS or Disnaker or Recognized both Local or International Certification will be advantage.

    • Valid BOSIET, Offshore Medical will be an advantage.

    • Experience working in a similar role or Lifting Engineer or Inspector.

    • Experience managing complex requirements to tight time scales.

    • EPC or EPCIC project experienced will be an advantage.

    • Strong communications skills both written and verbal in fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

    • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD.

    • High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

    • Highly self-motivated and focused.

    • Willing to be assigned to project sites as required by the company.

    • Willing to be placed in remote areas.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    15. EXPEDITOR Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in purchasing and supply management.

    • Min. 3 years’ experience as Expeditor in expediting EPCI projects, with preference given to those with similar purchasing experience in Oil & Gas projects.

    • Be proficient in English, Microsoft Office, and computers in general.

    • Have a thorough understanding of procurement workflows and supplier management.

    • Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and judgment skills, with the ability to retrieve and organize information effectively.

    • Able to work independently as well and able work under high pressure.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    • Placement: Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island.

    16. BUYER Requirements:

    • Minimal Bachelor Degree from Engineering.

    • At least 3-5 years of Buyer experience in EPCI for Oil & Gas Project.

    • Preferably have Buyer working experience in Construction Industry, or in Companies that sells Industrial Supply to Construction Company.

    • Ability to work in fast paced environment, self-driven and motivated.

    • Have experience dealing with overseas Suppliers, and knowledge in International Trade and Logistics Operations.

    • Experience in source, select, and purchase goods, materials and services as per project requirement.

    • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).

    • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in both Indonesian and English language.

    • Able to join immediately.

    • Domiciled in Indonesia.

    • Placement: Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island.
